After you book, we’ll confirm the total and send a link to pay the travel fee, and your appointment is confirmed once it’s paid. Cancellation Policy
Your appointment is confirmed once the travel fee is paid. If you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment, the travel fee will be refunded in full or moved to your new time. Within 24 hours, the travel fee isn't refundable, and a new time needs its own travel fee. Appointments booked within 24 hours are final once the travel fee is paid.
