What a mobile notary costs in the Peoria area
Every appointment has two parts: the fee for the notarial acts and the fee for us to travel to you. Illinois caps the fee at $5 for each notarial act. Travel depends on how far your town is from Brimfield. Use the estimator below, and we'll confirm the exact cost in writing before we come.

If you're comparing options, here's why finding a notary got harder and where to look.
How the cost is figured
Notarial acts
A notarial act is one notarization, such as an acknowledgment or an oath. Illinois caps the fee at $5 for each notarial act. A single document can need more than one act, for example when two people sign it. If you're not sure how many acts your documents need, give us a call and we'll count them with you.
Travel fee
Because we come to you, the travel fee covers the drive to your table and back. It's based only on how far your town is from Brimfield, and it's the same for every type of appointment. We quote it separately from the notarial acts and confirm both before your appointment. Evenings and weekends are included.

Online notarization by video
If you'd rather not meet in person, you can have your document notarized over a secure video call. Sessions are $25 per notarial act, with no travel fee, since you join from wherever you are. Each notary section on a document usually counts as one notarial act, and I'll confirm the total with you before your session.
